The hotel is located in the northeast of Sang Island, where you can watch the sunrise. The internal facilities are exquisite and modern, with everything you need. The service staff are smiling and responsive. The meals are rich, and there is a special Chinese restaurant with a strong Chinese style decoration and teppanyaki.

The hotel is large, the rooms are very nice, and the beach and swimming pool are very beautiful! It is convenient to include three meals, but the taste is not particularly suitable for Chinese people. Maybe because the hotel is too big and there are too many guests, the service feels a little lacking, but overall it meets my expectations. The beach is really beautiful!

The overall experience was great. The staff is friendly and responsive. I particularly liked the food served at Aqua, which is why I was disappointed at the food quality from Carnivorous. The food was served luke warm at best and the meats did not meet the standards one would expect from a reservations only establishment. Maybe you should take a cue from the food consumption and wastage on a night by night basis at Carnivorous.

This hotel is truly a 5* in Zanzibar. Free from insects and mosquitoes in the room unlike other hotels in Zanizbar. All inclusive and great for the price you pay. I booked the hot tub/jacuzzi room and was snot disappointed. Great staff.

Its a beautiful resort. The staff are truly wonderful, the food is lovely and there are plenty of options. The wings at asiatique are 10/10!. I wish I had taken all of my own toiletries, theirs aren't great. But the staff take this resort from great to amazing. A huge extra thank you to Ajay and Vishwas for making our holiday so special.

Everything is nice and well organized. Food and drinks are good, not wow (something very good, something else less....but it is a personal opinion). Beautiful beach. The room was nice and quiet. The staff is very kind and supportive. Structure a little far from everything, you must like the resort life. At the end it works for a great relaxing vacation. I would go back to it.

My overall experience was wonderful at this resort. Architectural gem. Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and professional. Plenty of excursions available for additional fees that were well worth it. Daycare on site. Entertainment was an added bonus. The food was delicious! My room was also beautiful. The consistent issue was having to call multiple days for our room to be cleaned. It was a small annoyance, especially since there were a few cockroaches in the room. I killed a couple. I'm aware there are things that cannot be helped. But I do wish we didn't need to call for housekeeping to show up. With this said. My stay at Emerald was very enjoyable.
